NoomiClone
About NoomiClone
NoomiClone is a physics-based movement simulation game where you control a character performing acrobatics, spins, bar swings, and challenging landings. There is not one formula for any move. Just changing the timing of your release or your body posture can drastically change the outcome.
What is NoomiClone?
NoomiClone lets you try a range of movements inspired by gymnastics, callisthenics and parkour. Your character reacts to momentum and physical forces, so a flip is not just a button press.
You have to watch your body’s movement, build the right momentum, and adjust your posture while you are in the air. Failed attempts are part of the fun, as they help you better understand how each action influences the subsequent movement.
Activities to try with NoomiClone
Flapping
Front flips and backflips are basic moves to get used to the physics system. Once you master rotation control and landing timing, you can try stringing together more complex techniques.
Add some twists
Twists give your acrobatics an element of unpredictability. You can spin mid-air and combine that rotation with a flip to create your own unique performances.
Mastering Bar Swings
The horizontal bar needs good timing. Build up momentum, release at the right moment, execute an aerial move, and try to grab the bar again before losing control.
Practice Tumbling
The tumbling area is ideal for practising a series of consecutive acrobatic moves. This is also a great environment to experiment with movement sequences without relying too heavily on bar-swinging mechanics.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics and callisthenics movements can be chained in various ways. You can transition from swinging to jumping, spinning, or releasing the bar to flow into a new move.
Do a Parkour Style
If you like to move freely, you can use momentum to make manoeuvres that are inspired by freerunning. Every change in direction or rhythm can lead to a unique outcome.
Techniques You May Try
NoomiClone does not require you to remember a certain order of moves. Instead, practise individual techniques and combine them once you've mastered the basics.
- Backflip: Generate force to rotate backward and time your landing.
- Front Flip: Use your momentum to make a forward rotation and land safely with your body.
- Bar Flip: Leverage the bar's movement before releasing your grip to initiate the flip.
- Twist: Add a rotational spin while performing a flip.
- Regrab: Release the bar, complete the move, and time your regrab perfectly.
- Flip Combo: Chain multiple flips and twists into a longer sequence.

How to Play NoomiClone
1. Get some momentum before you make your move
Don’t immediately go into a flip. A well-executed setup gives your character the necessary force to complete the subsequent technique.
2. Time your release correctly
For bar-based exercises, the moment of release directly affects the character's trajectory. Try making small adjustments to the timing to find the right rhythm.
3. Posture change in flight
Let go of the bar and observe the character turning. An "arch" or "tuck" position can alter rotation speed and direction, thereby affecting the landing.
4. Getting used to twists
Once you have mastered basic flips, try adding a twist mid-move. Start with a simple rotation before increasing the complexity.
5. Re-grab drill
The regrab requires coordination of momentum, body positioning and timing of reaching back for the bar. If you miss the catch, review the movement and adjust step-by-step rather than changing everything at once.
6. Going over your tries
If a move doesn’t work at a certain time, replays are very useful. Slow down the footage and observe exactly when the character starts to go off-course to identify the cause.

NoomiClone Tips
- Start with single moves: Don't chain too many techniques together before mastering the basics.
- Pay attention to timing: An action performed just a split-second too early or too late can completely alter the flip.
- Leverage momentum: The momentum carried over from the previous move can determine your ability to execute the next one.
- Practice regrabs in isolation: Work on releasing and re-catching the bar before incorporating the technique into a long combo.
- Change one element at a time: When an attempt fails, adjust only one action so it is easier to identify the cause.
- Learn from replays: Watching successful and failed attempts lets you see how your timing and inputs vary.
Where can I play NoomiClone?
NoomiClone is played directly in your browser on your PC without installing any additional software. The big screen makes the moves clearer, and the keyboard includes handy controls for practicing sequences of flips, twists or regrabs.
If you want to try out new acrobatic moves, you can access the online version and start with basic techniques.

Frequently Asked Questions
What genre is NoomiClone?
It’s a physics-based movement simulation game combining acrobatics, gymnastics, calisthenics and parkour.
Can I play NoomiClone on PC?
Yes. The game can be played directly in a PC browser and requires no download.
What techniques are available in NoomiClone?
Key techniques include backflips, front flips, bar flips, twists, regrabs, and combo sequences.
What is a "regrab" in NoomiClone?
It is a move where you let go of the bar, perform an aerial maneuver, and then attempt to grab the bar again before finishing the performance.
How can I perform better combos?
Master each move separately, when you need to release the momentum and when to hold on. Then combine flips, twists or regrabs into longer sequences.
